In an era of accelerating advances in artificial general intelligence, the convergence of AI and affective computing is emerging as a critical pathway to break through the bottlenecks of human‑computer interaction and move toward symbiotic human‑machine intelligence. This deep integration not only propels AI from a mere tool to a collaborative partner, but also opens up new possibilities across a wide range of scenarios, including smart healthcare, intelligent education, and human‑robot collaboration.
To deeply explore the frontiers and future trends in AI and affective computing, the 2027 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Affective Computing (ICAIAC 2027) will be held in Hangzhou, China, from May 21 to 23, 2027. The conference will focus on core directions such as multimodal emotion recognition and understanding, affective large models and embodied AI, affective brain-computer interfaces, human-machine empathic interaction, affective generation and regulation, and affective human-machine alignment. It aims to systematically present the latest theoretical breakthroughs, technical solutions, and practical applications in this field. The conference is committed to providing a high-end international exchange platform for scholars, experts, engineers, and industry decision-makers from universities, research institutions, and high-tech enterprises worldwide, facilitating efficient sharing of research experience, expansion of professional networks, and in-person exchange of innovative ideas. We sincerely invite experts and scholars from both domestic and international communities to gather in Hangzhou, share their cutting-edge achievements, and jointly promote interdisciplinary innovation and integrated development of artificial intelligence and affective computing.
All accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex / Scopus for indexing.
Please send the full paper (Word+PDF) to Submission System.
